Appointment

How to book?

1. Select the artist and check their page.
Artists have their own unique way of working, and our studio respects it. Checking their schedule and how they work on their pages before making a reservation will be a great help for smooth progress.

2. Please send the inquiry form via website.
You will receive the reply within 1-3 days.  We are trying to reply to all inquiry quickly, but sometimes it can be delayed or omitted. If you don't get a reply, you can contact us again.

3. Consultation and Scheduling
If you send us enough information to predict, we can estimate the total cost and time. You can present the possible dates, or we will suggest them. If you are considering a future appointment (ex: 5 months later), please contact us closer to the date. Usually you can see the months that are currently available for booking on our Instagram.

What should I prepare before getting a tattoo?

Preparation and conditions before work have a big impact on the overall process, so please read it carefully. We will provide the customers with relevant advice in a booking confirmation email. You can also read the advice here.

Under 18

All customers must bring their ID cards when they visit. We don't tattoo adolescents under the age of 18 even with parental consent. hopefully we can meet after you become adults. :)

Walk - In

Nocturne is a private atelier and all artists work on an appointment basis. We do not accept walk-ins. However, you can call to see if any artists are available on the day.
We'll try our best to match you with the correct artist that suit your style or help you get booked in.

4. Sending the deposit (Non-refundable)
The proposed date for appointment is not valid until the deposit is sent. Please understand that sometimes if the consultation term is delayed, other customers would be able to take the slot first.

5. Confirmation of the appointment
After you send us the name of the depositor and screenshot after remittance, the booking will be completed. Please make sure to read the relevant guidelines we send by e-mail.

What payment methods are accepted?

We usually receive payments through cash or bank transfer. But some of artists may accept payments through PayPal. The payment method is personalized, so we will notify you at the time of consultation. Please arrange the payment in advance.
